Flat Fee Listing Service.
If you prefer to pay 0 commissions to me, I will list your property on MLS for a flat fee of $175 for one full year.
I would suggest that you offer Buyer’s agents a minimum fee of 2%, but that is your option. If you do it that way, then 2% is the maximum commission you would pay. Of course, if there is no Buyer’s agent involved then you would pay 0 commissions.

Your property will be listed in MLS for as long as it takes to sell the property or you want it removed (limited to 1 year). This will be an Entry Only Listing where my service is basically limited to maintaining your listing on MLS.
