Lord Properties specializes as a Buyer’s Broker.

If you are interested in buying some property I can save you some money. If you use me as a buyer broker, I will split my commission with you, 50-50.

I offer the deep discounts and money back to people because I am a small office consisting of one person, me. So my overhead is much smaller than a traditional real estate office.

When you find a property you are interested in, contact me and I will handle the rest of the transaction for you as any other broker would. I will show you the property. I will coach you through the process, and provide recommendations along the way. I will submit the offer and negotiate for you. As your Buyer Broker, I work for you alone and look out for your interests. Once the offer is accepted I will work with you on all phases of the sale including:

  • Preparation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
  • Email and phone conversations with other brokers, mortgage agents, attorneys, appraisers, etc. to facilitate the sale.

If you go to an open house, put my name down as your broker on the sign-in sheet. Or if there is a property you would like to see, call me, and I could set up a viewing of the property for you. I would also be happy to email you complete listings and public records of any property that interests you. If you are interested in making an offer, I would write it and submit it for you. If you end up buying the property I will return half of my commission to you at closing.

It would be my pleasure to put you on a daily email list with your specific criteria. So only the type of home in your area will be sent to you.
