Please download and print the Relationship Disclosure form and the Flat Fee Listing contract form. Then complete and sign. You can then either scan and email back to me or you can fax to 617-507-5864 or you can snail mail to the address on the form. I will then sign, date, and return a fully executed copy to you.

If you are selling a single family house please complete this MLS input form for a single family house. If you are selling a condo please complete this MLS input form for a condo. Then return to me. If you are selling a multifamily, commercial/industrial, mobile home, or land please contact me, and I will send you the appropriate MLS input form.

The easiest way to pay is to click the "pay now" Google Checkout button at the top of the page. Or you can mail me a check.

In a separate email, please send pictures of your property and the description of your property exactly as you want to see it on MLS. I will then copy and paste that into MLS.

I will then put you into MLS without delay.
